Capstan Court

Originally an industrial unit constructed during the 1800’s the building was converted to residential units in the 1990s.

CDR have been appointed on a pre-construction services agreement to develop detailed design, intrusive surveys, construction methodology and full works and costings to undertake remediation works to varying cladding types on the building which include removal of unitised timber window and spandrel units, timber cladding & Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) panelling and replacement with Euroclass A rated solutions. 

Construction phase works expected to commence in 2023.
