Jubilee Heights

Originally a 5 storey telephone exchange constructed in the 1950s, the building has been converted and extended several times since its original construction into residential apartments with 2 additional floors at the top of the building. 

CDR have been appointed on a pre-construction services agreement to develop detailed design, intrusive surveys, construction methodology and full works and costings to undertake remediation works to the façade on levels 6 & 7 of the building formed from composite metal panel construction and prefabricated GRP dormer units. 

Construction phase works expected to commence in 2023.
