Merchant Court

Originally an industrial unit constructed during the 1800’s the building was converted to residential units in the 1990s. 

The works are focused on an internal courtyard commencing at level 1 approximately 10m above street level. CDR have been appointed on a pre-construction services agreement to develop detailed design, intrusive surveys, construction methodology and full works and costings to undertake remediation works. 

This will apply to the external render systems within the courtyard area removing the existing installations and replacing with Euroclass A rated installations.
