Hardwick Square

Predominantly residential there are some mixed use commercial and retail spaces situated at the ground floor level of the building.

The façade is built up of varying cladding types which include brickwork on SFS, metal rainscreen cladding & insulated render systems.

CDR were appointed under a pre-construction services agreement to develop detail design, intrusive surveys, construction methodology and full works and costing for the project, moving through to the construction phase of removing the existing cladding and replacing with new Euroclass A rated systems with construction works commencing in the first quarter of 2023 with residents remaining in-situ throughout the remediation process.
